Our business strategy is to focus on both “security” and “growth”.
We believe that government and medical tenants are less affected by changes in
the business cycle, are willing to sign longer leases and more regularly renew
than other tenants. We also believe that our lessor interests in Hawaiian lands
are very secure because most of these lands are leased for long terms to
tenants who have constructed buildings and operate their business on our land.
We believe that well located, high quality buildings leased to strong credit
tenants have strong appreciation potential.
