John A. Mannix
President and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Mannix has been our President since 1999 and our Chief Investment Officer since 2008. Previously, he held the title of Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2008. Mr. Mannix primarily oversees all of HRP’s property acquisition and disposition activities. Mr. Mannix has held numerous positions with HRP and its affiliated companies since 1989. Prior to 1989, Mr. Mannix was associated with Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Mannix is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Real Estate Finance Association.

John C. Popeo
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Popeo has been our Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since 1999. Mr. Popeo oversees all of HRP’s accounting and financial reporting activities. Mr. Popeo has held numerous positions with HRP and its affiliated companies since 1997. Prior to 1997, Mr. Popeo held several financial positions at other real estate companies, including The Beacon Companies and First Winthrop Corporation. Mr. Popeo is a certified public accountant.

David M. Lepore
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lepore has been our Senior Vice President since 1999 and our Chief Operating Officer since 2008. Mr. Lepore is responsible for all leasing and tenant relations activities, property operations and asset management at HRP. Mr. Lepore has held numerous positions with HRP and its affiliated companies since 1992. Prior to 1992, Mr. Lepore worked for The Beacon Companies. Mr. Lepore is a member of the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Lepore is also a certified Real Estate Property Administrator.

William J. Sheehan
Director of Internal Audit and Compliance
Mr. Sheehan has been our Director of Internal Audit and Compliance since 2003. Mr. Sheehan’s primary responsibility is to oversee all internal audit and regulatory compliance issues for HRP. Between 1995 and 2003, Mr. Sheehan was employed by Ian Schrager Hotels as Executive Vice President of Finance and, previously, as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sheehan’s prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of Omni Hotels, as well as being a Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Sheehan is a certified public accountant.

Jennifer B. Clark
Secretary
Ms. Clark has been our Secretary since 2008. Ms. Clark supervises legal affairs affecting HRP. Previously she was Senior Vice President from 1999 to 2008. Prior to 1999, Ms. Clark was a Partner at the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP.
